Privacy Policy

WebINC (“we”, “the site”) provides free webmaster tools at webinc.co. This policy explains what we collect when you use those tools.

What we collect

• Tool input. The URL or domain you submit, plus the result of the check (status code, headers, scores). We use this to run the tool and, on some pages, to show history and recent activity.
• Technical logs. IP address, user agent, and timestamp for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and error diagnosis. Rate-limit rows are purged after one hour.
• Cookies. A session cookie (PHPSESSID) keeps CSRF tokens working on forms. It is HttpOnly and Secure.

Third parties

• Google reCAPTCHA on form submissions, to block bots. Google’s privacy policy applies to that widget.
• Google AdSense may show ads and set advertising cookies. You can opt out via Google’s ad settings.
• Open PageRank and Google PageSpeed Insights receive the domain or URL you asked us to check, so we can return a score.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not require an account. Password generation and QR rendering happen in your browser; those values are not sent to our server.

Retention

Check history (domains, scores, timestamps) is kept so the tools can show trends. You can stop using the service at any time. Advertising and CAPTCHA cookies follow those vendors’ retention rules.
